Mr. Ebenezer Kissi Owusu is a seasoned clinical practitioner, health professions educator, and academic leader with almost three decades of clinical experience and two decades of teaching experience. He currently serves as Chief Physician Assistant/Chief Health Tutor and Deputy Director, Academic at the College of Health & Well-Being, Kintampo, where he is also a member of the Senior Management.

His professional expertise includes clinical education, academic administration, institutional leadership, healthcare quality assurance, curriculum development, and professional training. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions, including Head of the Physician Assistantship (Medical) Department, Head of Quality Assurance, Institutional IMNCI Coordinator, and Clinical Coordinator. He has also contributed to the review of the Physician Assistant curriculum and professional job descriptions.

Ebenezer holds an M.Phil. in Educational Innovation and Leadership Science from KNUST, an M.A. in Population and Health and a B.Ed. in Health Sciences from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Community Medicine and Health and a State Registered Nurse qualification. He is currently a PhD candidate in Educational Leadership at the University of Cape Coast.

He is actively involved in research and academic scholarship, with publications on quality assurance in health training institutions and postpartum anaemia among lactating mothers in Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Physician Assistant Association, Health Tutors Association of Ghana, and International Academy of Physician Associate Educators.
