The College of Health wishes to inform the general public that the online admissions portal will open from April 8, 2024 to Friday May 31, 2024.

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into the following programmes:

DIRECT / REGULAR ENTRY

Certificate Programmes

  1. Disease Control (Field Technician)
  2. Health Records Management

 

Diploma Programmes

Programmes Requiring General Science as an Elective

  1. Diploma Diagnostic Radiological Technology

 

Programmes that do NOT Require General Science as an Elective

  1. Diploma Registered Dental Surgery Assistantship

 

Direct Entry Degree Programmes

Programmes requiring General Science as an elective

  1. BSc. Physician Assistantship – Medical
  2. BSc. Medical Laboratory Technology
  3. BSc. Registered Dental Surgery Assistantship

 

Programmes that do NOT Require General Science as an Elective

  1. BSc. Health Information Management
  2. BSc. Disease Control
  3. BSc. Nutrition
  4. BSc. Health Promotion
  5. BSc. Community Mental Health

 

Post Basic Entry (Regular) Programmes

  1. Physician Assistantship – Medical (Three (3) years)
  2. Physician Assistantship – Dental (Three (3) years)
  3. BSc. Community Mental Health – Two (2) or Three Years
  4. BSc. Registered Dental Surgery Assistantship – Two (2) or Three Years
  5. Diploma Registered Dental Surgery Assistantship – Two (2) Years

 

SANDWICH / MODULAR PROGRAMMES

Post Basic Entry (Sandwich / Modular) Programmes

  1. BSc. Health Information Management
  2. BSc. Disease Control
  3. BSc. Nutrition
  4. BSc. Health Promotion
  5. BSc. Medical Laboratory Technology
  6. BSc. Physician Assistantship – Dental
  7. BSc. Registered Dental Surgery Assistantship
  8. Dip. Registered Dental Surgery Assistantship
  9. Dip. Community Mental Health

NOTE: Both Certificate and Diploma holders from various fields are eligible to apply for any of the above.

  • Diploma holders with a CGPA of 2.5 or CWA of 60 and above will have 4 modules (2 years)
  • Diploma holders with a CGPA below 2.5 or CWA below 60 will have 6 modules (3 years)
  • Certificate holders with a CGPA of 2.5 or CWA of 60 will have 6 modules (3 years) for a degree programme.
  • Certificate holders with a CGPA below 2.5 or CWA below ONLY qualify for diploma programme. 4 modules (2 years)
