MR. DOUGLAS ANYOKA DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Mr Douglas Anyoka is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kongdom, with extensive experience in Accounting and Financial Management. He is also a holder of an MBA in finance from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (Chartered Accountant).

He is currently the Head of Finance of the College of Health & Wellbeing, Kintampo, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to assuming duties in the College, he had held senior management positions at various levels in the public service. In particular, he had been Head of Finance for Bawku West District Health Administration, Kassena Nankana Municipal Health Directorate, Builsa District Hospital and War Memorial Hospital, all in the Upper East Region between 2002 and 2018.

From a humble beginning as an Accounts Officer with Controller and Accountant General’s Department in 1995, he rose to become a Chief Accountant in the Public Service. With his vast experience in the area of Audit, Taxation and Finance, he chaired the Audit Committee of the Kassena Nankana West District Assembly between 2017 and 2018, and is a servicing member of the Board of Directors of BACSOD, Kintampo.
