STEPS FOR BOOKING A ROOM


  1. Accept the admission offer and print your provisional Admission Letter
  2. Pay your commitment fee using your admission number. You will receive an Index Number, Password, and link: http://cohk.edu.gh/portal/login to the students’ portal.
  3. Check your assigned hall on your provisional admission letter or students’ portal
  4. Use your full name to purchase an accommodation voucher for your gender and assigned hall from any NIB or GCB Bank branch nationwide. (Failure to buy a voucher of your assigned hall and gender will render your voucher useless.)
  5. Log into your student portal via the link in STEP 2 using your Index Number and Password
  6. Choose the Accommodation Menu in your portal, Click on Book A Room.
  7. Enter the SERIAL NO. and PIN on the accommodation voucher, and submit.
  8. Select your choice of room by clicking Book under the room number displayed for the available rooms.
  9. Print the room allocation form and present it to the college when school resumes.

Take Note: If your payment receipt has STUDENT FEE PAYMENT on top, it is NOT an accommodation voucher but a fee payment receipt.

RETRIEVE SERIAL AND PIN FROM A BLANK VOUCHER


If you purchased an accommodation voucher, but your voucher has a blank SERIAL or PIN

  1. Login into your students’ portal
  2. Click on the Accommodation Menu, then click on Retrieve Purchased Voucher.
  3. Enter the Transaction ID/REF on the Bank Voucher received, and click VERIFY to generate your Serial number and Pin
  4. Return to the Accommodation Menu in your portal and click Book A Room.
  5. Enter SERIAL NO. and PIN you retrieved.
  6. Select your choice of room by clicking Book under the room number displayed for the available rooms.
  7. Print the room allocation form and present it to the college when school resumes.
