STEPS FOR BOOKING A ROOM<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Accept the admission offer and print your provisional Admission Letter<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Pay your commitment fee using your admission number<\/span><\/strong>. You will receive an Index Number, Password<\/strong>, and link:\u00a0http:\/\/cohk.edu.gh\/portal\/login<\/a><\/strong> to the students’ portal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Check your assigned hall on your provisional admission letter or students’ portal<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Use your full name<\/b> to purchase an accommodation voucher for your gender<\/strong> and assigned hall <\/strong>from any NIB or GCB Bank branch nationwide. (Failure to buy a voucher of your assigned hall and gender will render your voucher useless.<\/span><\/strong>)<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Log into your student portal via the link in STEP 2<\/strong> using your Index Number<\/strong> and Password<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Choose the Accommodation Menu<\/strong> in your portal, Click on Book A Room.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Enter the SERIAL NO.<\/strong><\/span> and PIN<\/strong><\/span> on the accommodation voucher, and submit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Select your choice of room by clicking Book<\/strong><\/span> under the room number displayed for the available rooms.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Print the room allocation form and present it to the college when school resumes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Take Note: If your payment receipt has STUDENT FEE PAYMENT on top, it is <\/span><\/span>NOT<\/span> an accommodation voucher but a fee payment receipt.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    RETRIEVE SERIAL AND PIN FROM A BLANK VOUCHER<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    If you purchased an accommodation voucher, but your voucher has a blank SERIAL<\/strong><\/span> or PIN<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Login into your students’ portal<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the Accommodation Menu<\/strong>, then click on Retrieve Purchased Voucher<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter the Transaction ID\/REF<\/strong><\/span> on the Bank Voucher received, and click VERIFY<\/strong> to generate your Serial number<\/strong>\u00a0and Pin<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Return to the\u00a0<\/span>Accommodation Menu<\/span><\/span> in your portal and click <\/span><\/span>Book A Room.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Enter SERIAL NO.<\/span><\/strong> and PIN<\/span><\/strong> you retrieved.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    6. S<\/span><\/span>elect your choice of room by clicking Book<\/strong><\/span> under the room number displayed for the available rooms.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Print the room allocation form and present it to the college when school resumes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
