2021\/2022 HEALTH TRAINING INSTITUTIONS APPLICATION FORMS<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public that the online admissions portal for application will officially be open from Monday 16th February 2022 to Friday 29th July 2022. Applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Public Health Training Institutions in Ghana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applicant must:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank(ADB) or Ghana Commercial Bank(GCB) branch at a cost of One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH\u20b5 200.00). (This includes the cost of verification of results, SMS alerts, and all other correspondence).<\/span><\/p>\n

NB:<\/strong>\u00a0 i. All purchased vouchers are valid up to 10th June 2020 if not used.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or Email.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Upon payment, applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Have a dedicated phone number and a personal e-mail address for all correspondence. [Please NOTE: Do not use an email address of relations]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You will need your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address<\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use the PIN code and Serial to access the application form online at https:\/\/healthtraining.gov.gh<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note that the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Self-created password.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow the instructions carefully and fill in the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of the admission process.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note that only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.<\/span><\/p>\n

YOU CAN VISIT ANY OF THE HEALTH TRAINING INSTITUTIONS NEARBY FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE FILING OF YOUR FORM.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
