MESSAGE FOR APPLICANTS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

DISEASE CONTROL, HEALTH INFORMATION, HEALTH PROMOTION, NUTRITION, HEALTH RECORDS MANAGEMENT, REGISTERED DENTAL SURGERY ASSISTANTS AND MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY (DIP. & CERT.)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This message is with regards to your application to pursue a programme in the college.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. You are invited to sit for an ENTRANCE EXAM<\/strong> at the college on Thursday 9th<\/sup> September, 2021<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0at 9:00am<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The examination will be a general paper (Objectives).<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You are to pay a non-refundable examination fee of GH<\/strong>\u20b5 15<\/strong>0.00<\/strong> upon arrival at the college before the exam. Accommodation is available for GH<\/strong>\u20b5<\/strong> 20 per night (optional). All payments should be made on campus.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. You are also required to come along with the following documents: Certificate or Transcript, study leave letter or approval letter from your institution, two passport size photograph and a printout copy of your online application form.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Admission letters shall be issued on the same day to those who pass the examination.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Applicants who come from afar can prepare fully and report after the entrance examinations (for those who will qualify)<\/span><\/strong> since lectures would start on \u00a0Monday, 20th<\/sup> September, 2021<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Minimum<\/span><\/strong> Academic year user fees for ALL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES<\/strong> is as follows: MODULE ONE: GH<\/strong>\u20b5<\/strong> 1,540.00, MODULE TWO: GH<\/strong>\u20b51,500.<\/strong>00. TOTAL: GH<\/strong>\u20b5<\/strong> 3,040.00.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Minimum<\/span><\/strong> Academic year user fees for ALL CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES<\/strong> is as follows: MODULE ONE: GH 1,440.00, MODULE TWO: GH 1,400.00 TOTAL: GH<\/strong>\u20b5<\/strong> 2,840.00.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  9. MODULE FEES SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL<\/u><\/strong> AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MODULE.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Minimum<\/span><\/strong> Hostel Fees (2 in one \u2013GH\u20b5 250.00 per person, 4 in one \u2013 GH\u20b5 150.00 per person & 6 in one GH\u20b5 130.00 per person.) Feeding fees for all those who will choose to stay in any of the hostels is GH\u20b5650.00 (GH\u20b5 8.00 per day) for the duration of the Sandwich programme.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a mandatory medical exam which comprises physical, laboratory, radiological and dental evaluation. <\/span><\/em>
    \nConsequently, Fast track digital chest X-ray services will be available on campus at a subsidized price for students.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
